"I recently made the switch to Clearview and I couldn't be happier. I've seen a handful of dermatologist throughout the years and these offices collaboratively have given me the kindest, most informative, professional skill and attention I have ever experienced at any medical facility. I had tried to begin a very strict medication a year ago back in May 2022. After 7 attempts to coordinate with my old dermatologist offices to process my registration I gave up and called Clearview. They got me an appointment within a few weeks, the staff was super friendly and even remembered me on my second visit! They walked me through all the steps for this strict registration and side effects of medication to where I had a full history lesson and no questions remained. Knowing how and why are always important to me so I appreciate the additional lengths they went to. I was going to lose masshealth in the near future but was mislead about the time-frame this would happen. In the final stages of registering for my medication I found out I was no longer covered. I did everything I could to get a new insurance reinstated as fast as possible while this new script was waiting at the pharmacy with a $400 out of pocket cost. When I thought I had no more options I called Clearview and they were on top of it, I couldn't have asked for better assistance. They even provided me with alternative pharmacies with lower out of pocket costs. If you haven't heard of Apotheca check them out too. By the eleventh hour when I had already waited a full year to get started on this medication it all pulled through and I couldn't have done without the assistance of the doctors and staff at Clearview.
