They weren't in the order I thought they'd be, it looked like the lower stars are green and more favorable to the higher stars (like would be a 5 on a scale of 1-5) because they were like a bland tan color. Excellent front desk staff, excellent MA staff, amazing PA’s.Although every time I go, (every three months), there’s always a biopsy taken, but I guess that’s why I am there for preventative care. Also, I like to add I’ve never waited longer than 5 to 10 minutes to be seen or put in the room. More

Doctor came in, told him story, he examined me, did a few procedures, said I could leave it or have it removed. I opted for removal at a future date and I made the appointment. I had a very good office visit with the entire staff! When I entered the reception area it was quite filled up with people waiting. I went to the checkin window and was greeted nicely and paid my copay. I sat down & completed a common form thinking this is going to be a long wait? I couldn’t believe how quickly the room emptied and suddenly I was next!They are very efficiently organized here.This is my 4-5th? visit with Dr. Au. I couldn’t be happier to be helped by this Doctor’s Office.Doctor Au is caring, clearly ready to get to it as he remembers the previous visits. I am very at ease with Doctor. I could go on but my comments would be too long. I have to say that compared to 4 different Dermatologists in or near my hometown in CT, I am finally getting cared of properly! Jessica is fantastic! She is exceptionally knowledgeable in her field and will get you the care you need the first time, no running around or making 40 appointments and seeing other people.
